为了防止意外发生，在平台设置页面选择其它设置，可以通过点击***更改状态***，并使用钱包确认交易后，停止平台运行，此时将无法发生新交易（但已有交易仍可正常执行）。再次调用后恢复正常状态。

每年重新授信, 但由于合约设计机制, 判断时间从第一笔授信交易开始, 但这个时间可能并非理想时间(如每年的1月1日), 所以可能需要动态更新，所以提供了***更新授信周期日***的功能，用于改变当年***TxStorage合约***中的***time***属性。
